What Data We Collect & Why

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect personal data including your name, email, phone number, postcode and information about your pet. We use this data for one primary purpose:

To connect you with UK pet insurance providers who may be able to offer you a relevant insurance product.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond within 30 days. For complex requests we may extend this by a further 2 months, and will notify you if this is the case.

This service is free of charge. We may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Lead enquiry data — up to 2 years
  • Email records — up to 1 year
  • Technical/security logs — up to 90 days

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
