  • Email service providers โ€” we use email infrastructure to send confirmation emails.
  • ZeroBounce โ€” we use ZeroBounce to verify that email addresses are valid before processing your enquiry. Only your email address is shared for this purpose.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We will never sell your personal data to third parties outside of this service. We only share your data with insurance providers for the specific purpose you consented to โ€” to receive pet insurance options.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

  • Lead data โ€” retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission, to fulfil our service obligations and comply with any legal requirements.
  • Email communication records โ€” retained for up to 1 year.
  • Technical logs โ€” retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention purposes.

After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
